Hey, Deactivating Cross Save wont remove the account from your Bungie profile, to remove it from your Bungie profile you will need to go to "Settings" > "Account Linking" and there you will see an option to unlink your PSN account, however you will need to provide valid credentials in order to unlink it and because you have deleted the PSN account you will now need to work with [url=https://www.playstation.com/en-au/support/]PlayStation Support[/url] in order to recover your account. Once recovered and you have working credentials you will be able to un link the account in the place I mentioned earlier.
