Flashing Emblems Flair > General
Since 30th Anniversary was launched, I have flashing Emblems section (Flair > General) but there is nothing to claim. Checked Postmaster on three characters, nothing is there. It's seems to be bugged, very annoying.

In the main collections tab, if you hover over the flair section it should give you the option to "Mark all as seen." This should stop it from flashing further. Edited for spelling
