I preordered shadowkeep when it came out in 2019, but when I first started playing the campaign when I launched the game I quit playing mid mission and quit playing the game for two years . Now I recently got back into the game, linking steam and Microsoft with my original ps4 account, but cannot access shadowkeep through Microsoft or ps4 where I own it on both platforms. I have gone to the past legacy terminal and the quest is not there, I have gone to Eris and she has nothing for me, but I can’t access the raid, dungeon, or any other activities without completing the campaign or getting progress in the campaign. I have searched everywhere for the quest step or start and have no idea what to do. Does Anyone know what I could do?
