Switching account to different gamer tag
When I first started playing Destiny way back in D1 my son was only 8 yrs old. As he was so young and I was a little Leary of online predictors I had him play his games on my gamertag. Years later he is a teen ager using my account. I only play Destiny and would like to move it to a new gamer tag and leave him and his squeaker buddies to their own.
Is there anyway that I can move my account to a new tag without starting over or am I doomed to wait until D3 to start over?

Hi there! Character data is tied to your gamer tag. There is no way to transfer this data to another gamer tag and Bungie does not offer services to do so.

Hello there, Unfortunately, no. Save file data is permanently bound to the account that created it.
