Just Solo'd Dares Of Eternity!
I just got through "soloing" the new six-man activity, Dares Of Eternity! I don't even know how I got put into a solo queue, but it happened so I stuck with it. It wasn't pretty. There were lots of deaths. But I did it. Took me 55:58 to finish it with 491 kills, but I completed it solo. Although it wasn't pretty, I'm rather proud of myself for completing it. Not bad for an old broken-down 59 year-old man.

2 RepliesI have an app I got from github; it closes the firewall ports destiny uses for p2p. I can solo any activity I want when it is one, then I can turn it off when i want to play with peeps

Good to hear! I'm 66 and truly enjoy Destiny. I keep in mind that it's just a game, a form of entertainment. Solo whatever interests me, play how & use what I want. I also enjoy reading the comments here in the forum. So, greetings from one mellow aged guardian to another. Peace!

2 RepliesWhen people are AFK, you should get their reward, too. You would have earned 6 weapon drops, 6 keys and 6 x glimmer in my world. Bungie really needs to implement participation detection in an activity as a precondition for obtaining rewards.
