Bungie has no public phone number or email address. The #Help forum page is for players with problems playing D1 or D2. Most problems can be fixed with the help of fellow players (who better than those who have had problems themselves), forum mentors and the occasional Ninja lending a helping hand. If Bungie did step in (as they fo if needed) most times it is to point you to a help guide which a basic search on Bungie.net or the Destiny app would bring up.... and if needed someone is always around who would provide a link to the guide you want.
