Does the Frozen Orbit sniper rifle still drop?
Frozen Orbit is the only sniper rifle that I like that can still reach max power, so I want it for PvE purposes. Does it still drop in PvP? I've been playing matches with Prosperity (Crucible) equipped, but I've only seen 2 sidearms and a bunch of world drops so far.
More specifically, does it drop in Team Scorched? That's the only PvP gamemode that doesn't make me want to dive headfirst into a blender.

Yes it does, I got the god roll again last night but I already had it, so I deleted it. I get it all the time but want something else, which I bet you get all the time. That's just how this game works, unfortunately.

I thought it dropped from any PVP game mode but I got my god roll frozen orbit from elimination, and I canceled my blender diving festivity a when I got the god roll.

They do. I usually put the prosperity crucible kid on my ghost, sometimes matches drop 2 for me.

3 RepliesDoctor_Edgelord You make some valid points and I agree that eververse must be removed from this game but, Whether we wanted it or not, we've stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let's get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta'aurc. From what I can gather, he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank just outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold. PS: I hope all of you have a safe and happy holidays.

It drops regularly. Just sharded a surplus snapshot yesterday. The sidearm the keening drops more though as it's more recent.

1 ReplyIt should still be dropping. You just have to think of all the competition it has for drops nowadays. First you have to get one of the Crucible drops, then you have to pray that it happens to be Frozen Orbit. It also seems to prefer the newest seasonal weapons, too. At least in my experience.
