Unlinking banned psn account
Hey there, long story short my old account is banned on PlayStation and want to unlink it so that I can put my new one on there. However in order to unlink it I need to be able to deactivate cross save which it doesn’t seem to let me do since the PlayStation one is banned. Any idea on how to resolve this? Other than make a new psn and link my bungie to that.

Nope. To remove a account you need to authenticate it. As the authentication system is there for security reasons Bungie will not remove the account for you for any reason.

You would need to contact Sony to get that resolved
