Bug w aspect of interference quest
I tried to complete this quest.
Quest was in inventory.
Elsie still offered quest but I could not obtain it
Attempted to complete quest step at Kells rising.
Blew up shard, killed captain.
No shard to investigate.
Deleted quest at Step 1 of 3
Elsie now say I have already quest.
Returned to orbit, same thing.
Closed destiny and reloaded, same thing.
