Xenology quest did not reward a cipher.
Just finished the xenology quest and the popup saying quest complete showed. but no cipher, unfortunately my consumables tab was full so I didn't receive it there. Checked my mailbox, nothing. if your consumables tab is full does it just delete it after turning in the quest?

the year of our lord 2023 and they still haven't patched this. they really don't care to fix their lazy coding and you just got bootlickers in the forums going "it's the player's responsibility to know when your inventory is full" as if that excuses it at all
