I could not find my Prime Gaming rewards in game this week after claiming it on the Prime Gaming portal. Since I wasn't able to see these rewards on my reward history, after looking at some of the online threads I got the idea that it might be an issue on Amazon's side. However, I chatted with Prime Gaming customer support and here's the transcript for that. They asked me to reach out to Bungie since it is claimed on their side and only Bungie should be able to issue this reward at this point.
