Forerunner catalyst bugged.
Just hit rank 16 with Xur and collected the Anomalous Access Card and catalyst.
I then pulled over my forerunner from alt and there is no catalyst for it, it doesn't show up that I've found it yet I cannot re collect from Xur.
There is nothing in my post master or kiosk.
Any help is appreciated.
