Hello there, The #Help forums are not able to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans. However, there is a process in place for you to appeal your ban or restriction. Posting in the forums cannot assist you beyond linking you to the appeal and speculation. Please review the Contact Form: Appeal Ban or Restriction article found here. Please note that, as mentioned in the article, there is no guarantee for a response, nor is there a guarantee that your ban or restriction will be overturned. The form is for appeals only, they do not answer questions as to why or how long. Requests for additional information, such as the length of a restriction or reason for a ban, will be disregarded. For more information on Bungie's policy regarding bans and restrictions, please review the policy here.

What a great “friend” that would risk your/other’s account to be a scummy cheater. Nice trials history too. Hopefully you learned your lesson to not cheat & play with cheaters. Never turns out good.

Its not banned forever, its for 500 years. 😂 have a nice day!

This has nothing to do with PvE does it? How can you not mean to win-trade 10+ flawless runs? Bungie has every right to ban you, it's good to see it's being upheld.

If the game was that important to you why did you cheat again and again and again. Not just in one or two matches or activity runs but repeatedly. Did you think you were immune from getting a ban because you cheated or profited from a cheater. You cheated in pvp and pve and now you got caught. You knew what you were doing was wrong. You messed around with someone else's property (Bungie owns D1 and D2 not you) and did you think they would let you get away with it. You knew what you were doing and you knew the consequences if caught so crying about it now is too late.

We can also see your trials history, it wasn’t only your friend cheating. Your account obviously did not matter to you. You can try to make the argument that win-trading isn’t cheating but it’s actually network manipulation. Seriously, is trials really designed to be played that way? You did this to yourself, multiple times.
