application error

Hello, I keep getting disconnected from the game following a Sony error code CE-34878-0, it is becoming really problematic. I followed Sony's instructions. (update of the game, complete reinisaliation of the console) but it continues. Sony asks me to contact you directly for this problem. What can I do so that I can play quietly without getting disconnected every 5 minutes, Thanks in advance.
