I was installing the 30th Anni update and it hung at 100% for quite a while. I paused, resumed several times and then restarted Steam. After a few reboots of my PC and Steam I was able to get it to finish installing and show the PLAY button. That's the first time I got this error. I uninstalled Steam, uninstalled Desinty and reinstalled everything. That worked. UNTIL, I had to reboot and start Steam fresh. I got the error. So I uninstalled Steam and Destiny and reinstalled and that worked. UNTIL, I lost internet connection. I started Steam up after getting my connection back and get the error again! I uninstalled and reinstalled both Steam and Destiny but it did not work this time! I've run dskchk, no issues, rebooted, and made sure I have the latest Windows updates, latest Nvidia drivers, etc. I'm bummed now and not sure what to do. I can't get Destiny to launch and the Dawning event just started.
