Dark frosting doesn't drop
No matter what form of stasis I use whether it's a super an ability or a stasis weapon I am unable to get dark frosting.

Null taste and Personal touch are a nightmare just to name a couple.

I got mine going to europa and throwing snow balls. Public events are the best. It took me about 5 mins. in Public events.

Try guns, the fract-whatever shotgun works great and so does the IB sidearm. I got nothing from Agers Scepter or abilities but those worked. Remember they are RARE materials.
