Shaw Han not in Cosmodrome.
He is not showing up on my screen after the quest from Xur. Have even restarted Xbox and still isn't there. Am I missing something?

Do you have any outstanding New Light quests that would cause Shaw to appear elsewhere? This has been the reason for a few people.
