what happens if my characters are made on ps4 and I unlink it will I have to make new characters if so is there a way to transfer them to steam so this does not happen

Hello there[url=https://media.giphy.com/media/KOVlHmbBA09XO/giphy.gif],[/url] Characters are permanently bound to the platform account that was used to create them. Cross save just allows you to use them on other platforms. Deactivating cross save will make those characters only playable on PSN. If you want to make new characters, the best method is to just create a new account.
