Which are not in a great place atm.
What if we go sort of the way the toaster works, instead of *pbbbbt* you get one big slug that travels much farther but slower and can be modified by perks for different things like burning a target or leaving a dot effect.
I've always kinda wanted an exotic fusion that fits a single projectile that travels slowly and arcs damage to near by targets. Anyway, just a thought, slug fusion.

All they need is an accuracy/hit detection fix, maybe a slight charge speed boost. They don’t need to be as good as Erentil was but they should definitely not be unusable like they are now.
-
I don’t know about that - there are some pretty good fusions especially with the artifact set up right. Been using Null Composure to melt bosses.

Sooo...basically mountaintop with a charge time ? X) (And unless you put a HUGE aoe on thse, this would be the worst weapon type to use in the game if it doesnt have tracking and requieres direct hit)

I’d say just drop the charge time to 900 and fix the accuracy issues with the last two bolts per burst. Maybe give them a little more damage in PvE. Aggressive Frames (Coriolis Force) are pretty good in PvE due to having comparable damage and a faster charge time. I’d just say to reduce the recoil. Hopefully fusions will get a little love in Witch Queen because otherwise they’ll be back at the bottom of the barrel for specials without particle deconstruction.

Hey that could be cool.

2 RepliesSlug fusion...also known as linear fusion
-
Hmmm not sure that is 100% the answer, but they definitely need SOMETHING. Upvote hopefully DMG sees this.

3 Repliesshould still be hitscan but slug fusions is a good idea, also agressive frame should have a horizontile burst
-
How about actually make them have high impact (in pve).
-
5 RepliesI think high impacts need to be able to pass through enemies to make up for such a slow charge time
-
I say just make fusions as easy and reliable at getting ohk as slug shotguns.

2 RepliesSlug shot means it would be harder to hit. Already super slowed by the recent nerfs and requiring a precision hit would make it worse. Arcing damage to others like Halo's Shock Rifle would be interesting but probably overly lethal. There is a "small buff" coming to the archetype but whether this will make them competitive again I would doubt.
