Kinda what the report option is there for.

You don't even need to finish the dungeon a second time to get the Catalyst. You only need to get finish the [spoiler]cannon[/spoiler] encounter. Either work out a solo strat or get their with a fire team. If you want a refund please speak with the retailer that sold you the DLC.

You won't get a refund, and the only thing I can think of is did you open the first 2 chests that require burdened by riches?
