Simone has added my PlayStation account to there cross save
Simone who tried to steal my account has added my PlayStation 4 account to there cross save and now I can’t play with my original PlayStation characters because the guys Xbox characters are on my account and it won’t let me disable cross save

In order to disable cross save you will need to be able to authenticate the accounts linked to your profile. Bungie is unable to do this for you. You can find more information here. https://www.bungie.net/7/en/CrossSave
