Legacy Challenger's Proving V not showing, even after reset

After completing Legacy: Challenger's Proving IV I can't get the fifth step. Even after resetting the game/PC or switching charakter. Pls help, thanks!
EDIT:
I just got it random that I have to visit the war table, so it fixed itself.
