Copy from E-mail sent to Bungie Support in Oct 17, 2021, 15:55 EDT Hello everyone, everything good? I did an installation of Destiny 2 via Steam. The game is running and I can log in normally. But I cannot confirm/verify my email on the Bungie website bungie.net. Yes I am using a Gmail account and yes the email did not arrive in any other folder. I've tried 4/5 times and it doesn't work, your email just doesn't arrive. Even my smartphone already registered and received the sms. I also tried it through the Destiny 2 Companion app, it doesn't log in either. It gives an error in authentication (i think is a localization issue on the url website, cause im from Brazil). I'm logging in with the Steam account, and I can log in normally in the Steam browser or app. Only Bungie's app and website that I can't verify email. Remembering that I'm a new user, I've never played Destiny and I don't have other data to migrate. It is a new/recent installation. PS.: Because my email/account is not verified (cause im not receiving the email from Bungie), i just cant redeem my Bungie Rewards, listed in my account. I can receive any other e-mails from Bungie, just the VERIFICATION/VALIDATION email is not being sent from Bungie scripts/mail. Awaiting solution.
