Pressage dead mans tale quest.
Long story short spent two hours on this ALONE and beat the boss took the rifle from the dead man GOT the quest step completed went back to the tower and nothing. I no longer have the dead mans tale quest in my in my quest list. This is ridiculous. And no I didn’t leave to early I stood and saluted the dead guy for like 2 mins after the quest was marked done. I demand an explanation

24 RepliesAccording to the API, you actually did leave too early, as it shows as DNF. There's an abnormally long delay between stealing the weapon and the "Mission ending..." timer appearing. You have to wait for this timer to come up before you leave, otherwise the Presage mission isn't technically completed. You will have to do it again and make sure to wait for this timer. You may also need to wait until the next weekly reset to do this, as you might be locked out of getting the weapon until then.

If you leave after claiming then you didn’t get it. You have to claim it and let it kick you to orbit.
