You would have been informed by message which popped up in the centre of the screen the first time you played after the restriction was issued. 1st time... stand alone warning. 2nd time... warning and 2 week pvp restriction. 3rd time.. warning and 2 month pvp restriction.

Ban is permanent which means forever and will not be removed. These are for cheating and may include any of the following. Having cheat programs for a game open also includes trainers. Macros trying to avoid AFK detection. Programming tools that inject code. Any form of network accelerator for manipulating a network. Win trading, ghost lobbies, and account recoveries this is just some of the more common.
