Outbreak perfected is underated
I think this weapon is really good and people just forgot about it, was running GMs this week with it and i was hitting the unstops for 411 per shot on a burst, and after a few shots that jumped to 1200 per shot on burst, not to mention the nanites.
What do you guys think?

It’s good, I agree. The problem is that there is unstoppable fusion this season. If you were to use unstoppable pulse, then you would have to run double primaries to cover champs. Imo, they should’ve had unstoppable pulse be anti barrier pulse this season (barrier is better than unstoppable for pulses).
