Thank you for the reply. I have checked into every item you sent me. With over 10K hours in Destiny, I have never had a problem before. The only thing I found different was that my son had been home working remotely and that may have caused this problem. Would you please remove the restriction so that we can see if that has fixed the issue?

Restrictions are 2 weeks - 2 months and the 2 months are repeatable. This is for an unstable connection.
