Is Bottom Dollar still in Rotation???

It is...but the gambit loot pool is pretty deep so odds are low. Couple that with the CRAZY big perk pool on bottom dollar, and getting a good roll is a serious RNG challenge. Bottom dollar IS still in xurs legendary weapon loot pool though, so definitely keep an eye on his inventory. He actually had a bottom dollar with explosive rounds and subsistence a few weeks back that I absolutely love for pve.
