Quest - Tracking via Map is NOT working.

Quest Tracking is NOT working. I’m using PS5 It is not displayed on any map or destination. Sometimes even maps do not load - a message comes up in the middle of the screen sometimes saying “the map is not available here” and that’s just me selecting different ‘destination’ places such as MOON, EUROPA … Other times map load, but tracking quest never works. I have to manually sit for hours searching the maps, re-reading info, searching on the websites for info, watching endless YouTube clips... Simply takes the joy out of the game! Also I am not able to claim some quests even those to do with campaign of SHADOWKEEP for example. The little crown is over the ‘Eris’ when I approach her nothing happens, she has nothing for me yet the icon is clearly over her head and I can’t move forwards with the game or any quests. It’s just forever stuck! And so I am unable to do most quest and unable to get any exotics unlocked. Can’t find any info out there about this error nor help to solve it. Over the past 2 days I’ve also been getting onscreen messages “ ATTENTION - CONTACTING DESTINY SERVER. Issue is not with my connection, I get very fast fiboroptic UK speed. Is there a network issue within Destiny servers? It’s annoying because I purchased the console, years of online fees and all the games and extension and I can’t play :( And my time off is coming to an end which sucks as I can’t play the game.

    Try this and then let us know. Clearing your console’s cache also your router fixes lots of problems. Doing this will also fix some connection-based issues by clearing the cache it resets your connection. Doing this a least once a month on consoles and for your router is recommended and also doing this after an update.
