When the December update goes live, stasis crystals will no longer freeze people and have a low chance of killing them (with the shatter).
What is this gonna mean for the behemoth super? Will it no longer freeze enemies and not do enough shatter damage to kill anyone? If so, it’s gonna be a worse super than it already is (right now it is slow, has no damage resistance).
I read over the TWAB multiple times and didn’t see anything about crystals and behemoth. Bungie needs to fix this, otherwise this super is gonna be worthless in pvp.
Edit: so apparently the behemoth slam is what freezes, not the crystals. Still, the nerf to crystals is gonna hurt the super even more

Good point, although I believe the behemoth slam can freeze independently of the crystals, so if they’re close enough they should still get frozen

Dang that's true, that would be quite a nightmare for sure.

Called it.

8 RepliesIt just means you slam to slow, then you punch them.

7 RepliesI just thought of this...but how is the nerf going to affect the uppercut that creates crystals?
