Fast Question... I've Ran into Player's with High Power LvL weapons That I can not upgrade over 1100, How is that possible??

Hey there, Some weapons and armor have had a re-release, which means they have a new, but similar version which can be upgraded to current levels. But they are not exactly the old version.

3 RepliesWithout a picture of what you’re talking about we don’t know if it is an actual hack or exploit, or they’re using a re-released version of the weapon. Do you at least remember specifically which weapon it was?
