Both my LG C1 TV and Asus TUF monitor both go into a black screen and sometimes it last a while and I can't play first round in trials in time. Can we just make the 120 hz permanent toggle setting for PVE and PVP and make adjustments where needed to make that possible? I just turn off the 120 hz crucible mode because it's too much of a headache and it impacts my team negatively.
. Edit: I would be ok with orbit and pvp 120 so it’s not toggling black screen for random periods of time in trials and competitive.

Not sure why that's happening but it could be the 4k. Try setting ps5 resolution to something like 1080p and testing that. If that doesnt work then I would try a hdmi to display port cable if that's possible to see if that makes a difference. 120hz in orbit does sound like a good fix but waiting for bungie to do that you could die of old age.

2 RepliesI have an Asus monitor, and was having this problem with my series X which when I switched games or modes to would be a black screen. There is a firmware update on their end which you can do to the monitor and that fixed my problem. Maybe it’ll help with your black screen issue to.

1 ReplySound like you have an issue with your cables maybe. Lg c9 owner never black screens and I have 120hz on.

6 RepliesIs it a hdmi 2.1 monitor?

2 RepliesDoesn’t work that way. That high frame rate would burn up processing power that the Xbox Seies X needs to run the game.

3 RepliesI doesn’t have that problem either, have a c1 as well..
