Remove old banned Xbox account from bungie.net
Hello, I want to remove an old banned Xbox account (was banned in 2014) and replace it with my new Xbox account but I’m unable to as it just takes me to a suspension page for my old account (on Xbox as Xbox banned it not bungie) I contacted Xbox about it and they have said to contact bungie idk if there is a support number for bungie but he also said it’s very possible to remove the banned account from their servers and to talk to their managers like can someone assist?

4 RepliesIngwequeen is correct. Bungie cannot remove your accounts from your profile as this requires authentication of said accounts, which they do not have access to. If Xbox is unwilling to unban them account there is nothing you can do except create a new Bungie.net profile.

2 RepliesThis is impossible. You have been banned for a reason and Bungie does not remove bans. Nor do they transfer banned accounts.
