there's the bungie help ban appeal ticket thing(google it) but also no, they wont appeal the rutabungus bad framerate bad connection ban. how I bloody know? they just denied mine! good luck missing momentum control possibly next or the week after within the ban duration! especially you're a win 7 player who wanted to complete the week 1-3 weekly challenges because bungie cant push out a fix fast enough for nearly the whole month.
