It then last 5 seconds, but resets every time you deal or take damage, so it will essentially lasts as long as you need it. It’s one of the best perks, especially for higher end content where you’ll spend that long in certain fights.

Frenzy can activate even if the weapon has been stowed away. As long as your actively in combat it will activate granting a 15% damage bonus(I believe it’s 15) as well as a nice handling and reload speed bonus. Once it’s active all you need to do to keep it active is deal damage or take damage and it will stay active.

For Some mods , you should bring along a stopwatch and an accountant. . . (not that type of accountant 💦)

It takes like 12 seconds to proc. Once it does it becomes very nice because it stays active even if you’re not killing things. That’s why it is favored for high end activity where everything is a bullet sponge. Those enemies can outlive the timers on rampage, one for all, or killclip, but Frenzy just keeps on going. If you’re playing content so easy you kill everything within a few seconds you won’t notice it.

The way to activate Frenzy is to either take or deal damage for 12 seconds. However, after you take or deal damage, you only have 5 seconds to do so again in order to progress the time.

1 ReplyEdited by A Lone Traffic Cone: 10/27/2021 9:42:44 PMYou have to be dealing or taking damage for around 11 seconds. Decent perk actually, because it also buffs handling and reload.

It’s top tier in high end pve but trash everywhere else

Also you don't have to be using the weapon to proc it. So long as it's equiped and are in sustained combat, when you switch to the frenzy weapon the perk will be active.
