I'm getting the extreme framerate hitching on sign-in. I can barely login successfully. My FPS ranges from 1-5. I've restarted the computer, switched to Fullscreen, have not alt-tabbed on startup and still have the issue. Hasn't affected any other games, so I suspect it is due to the above issue.
