A clan mate posted a video for this build so i decided to give it a try. If i was to describe this build with one word it would be: Synergy. Everything you run with this build compliments each other. I've always loved stasis for it's crowd control, and Bleak Watcher usefulness in PvE content. This build turns it up to 11, adds in incredible DPS, switches your super into something much more useful and has you freezing entire rooms without even thinking about it. This build is viable in GMs, and I'll give a bit of an explanation at the end.
I'll go into the actual build, minus weapons, I'll save them for the end.
Warlock Stasis (Fragments and Aspects)
Aspects:
Bleak Watchers (Stasis Turret)
Glacial Harvest (Create stasis shards by freezing targets)
Fragments:
Whisper of Torment (Taking damage for targets gains Grenade energy)
Whisper of Conduction (Stasis shards track your position)
Whisper of Bonds (Defeating frozen targets gains super energy)
Whisper of Fissures (Increase the burst of stasis when defeating a frozen target)
Already you can see how this build woukd compliment Ager's Scepter, and believe me, everything your imagining is exactly what makes this build great!
Important Mods (Stasis element):
Grenade Kickstart, Arms (When you expend all Grenade energy, you gain grenade energy)
Well of Restoration (Stasis) (I put these on my arms slot too)
Fire and Ice, Legs (Defeating a champion spawns stasis and solar elemental wells)
Elemental Shards (Stasis shards count as Stasis elemental wells for you)
This is where the build gets really fun. Ager's Scepter has no problem freezing and obliterating a target. This creates shards, which track you, and count as elemental wells. This mixed with Grenade Kickstart has you mostly with 2 Bleak Watchers in crowded rooms, and at the very least makes it so your stasis turret is always active which any of you who play stasis warlock mains know the importance of Bleak Watcher.
Exotics:
(Obviously) Ager's Scepter with the catalyst. Or as i call it "Ice Cream Death Beam" because it literally melts enemies and turns them to cream with a death beam of ice. Try it; you'll see what i mean.
Mantle of Battle Harmony (Weapon kills that match your subclass reward super energy.)
I hope with it laid out in front of you, you can already see the massive potential in this build. Does it work? Absolutely! As i said: this turns stasis warlocks into over drive. I find myself never using my super in GMs because most of the match is played at range. This fixes the issue by converting your super into a massive death beam. How could is the death beam? With one of my teammates stunning two overloads at a time with La Monarch i was able to melt both champions before the time ran out. I've used the death beam on barriers and melted them before they could raise their shield. It slays.
As far as filling your other weapon slots i would recommend a long range auto rifle for energy and a Threaded Needle in power slot for Barrier and Unstoppable. I'd switch the auto rifle for an Arsenic Bite-4b with Explosive head for overload and unstoppable. I would still recommend keeping the Arsenic Bite for Overload and Barrier and communicate to your team that you won't be stunning Barrier champs, but you'll have enough DPS with Ager's Scepter to help kill them. The bow allows you to keep at range which is important in some GMs.
Everything PvE related, this build works. I used GMs as an example because everything else is a bit easier with communication. I ran this build in GoS, and ran 3 GMs that we're all successful.
To end, this build is fantastic. It was not my idea, just recommended. It should be noted that if you plan to build this fresh on your warlock it will take a lot of grinding. The mods are all accessable at this point. Note you will need a class item, arms, and another piece of armor all with stasis element to gain function of the mods i listed. Enjoy!

Enjoy it while it lasts before more nerfs get called out and as usually bungie listens to only those and butcher it.

3 RepliesOnly problem with this build is that when you finally go back to using regular guns, they feel like pea shooters! Loving Ager’s Scepter, although I’m not at GM level yet
-
2 RepliesI was super hyped to have a build with Stasis and Ager’s. I tried it in a GM and realized almost immediately it doesn’t fly even a little bit. Felt like the build was fighting me rather than helping.

1 ReplyWhy take off iceflare bolts???
-
Dude try it in a GM and see how far you get. Its a toy gun for lower level content and a lot of fun to use but not a real weapon because of ammo economy.

7 RepliesThis is a complete ripoff from ehroar but okay

All that writing, to runs arms dealer for the 690th time

1 ReplyHave an upvote. I’d like to see more posts like yours with different builds for players to try. You see that a lot with other games but not so much with this one given how minimalistic the overall mod inventory is coupled with how dictatorial for weapon use the season and artifact is. Nonetheless here’s something worth upvoting.

1 ReplyJust watch ehroar on YouTube dude infra the best builds instantly. Infinite super Agers is already old news my guy

Thanks for sharing this, I'll have a play later

mantle of battle harmony my dude

I’m grateful that Aegir’s pairs so well with Mantle of Battle Harmony. Cause I really don’t care for the Shadebinder super. I also like using the Stag to get my Rift up faster along with a few choice fragments to increase ability regeneration.

3 RepliesEdited by Illuminary: 10/25/2021 5:07:16 PMI put my Ager's build together like this: Ager's, Reckless Oracle with demo for nade regen, Reed's Regret. (can swap to pulse in energy for unstoppable if need be) Armor mods: Helm, the increase super regen from melee mod. Gloves, grenade kickstart and supreme well maker Chest, Mantle of Battle Harmony for increased super regen and then increased Ager's and Reed's damage. Font of Might mod for increased damage to Ager's and Reed's. Legs, Absolution and Font of Wisdom. Bond, Resonance Siphon, Thermoclastic Strike, and Elemental Shards - if no champs then Orb of Restoration mod. Aspects/Fragments: Fissures, Bonds, Hunger, Conduction, Glacial Harvest, Ice Flare Bolts with Coldsnap grenade. Elemental shards track to you, give you more melee energy allowing you to create more possible shatters for more shards. Seekers chase adds to freeze and shatter. Ager's freezes allowing you to shatter groups. Constant shatters/shards gives you high T10 uptime from Font of Wisdom, high bonus damage uptime from Font of Might, Mantle allows for more use of overpowered Ager's.

7 RepliesI would personally go with a bow and lfr. Not too many barriers this season. Also the problem with tuning a stasis subclass is that you can’t cover all shield types (but that’s just a me thing). Otherwise, great build.

Fragments: Whisper of Rending (Kinetic weapons deal more damage to frozen targets)
Rending would be useless with Ager's Scepter, as you have no weapon that deal Kinetic damage.
