is there away to get the ikelos smg in this season?

Xur and Banshee should also be selling a roll of it every once and a while.

It is in the world pool but not as common because newer weapons take "priority"...you should be able get it from focusing engrams or feeding banshee gunsmith materials

Banshee gives it when you give in gunsmith materials.
