Is Aphelion Rest bugged?
Missing one exotic, Assassin's Cowl. After 43 legends runs and 26 master runs today it has yet to drop. Nothing but Cestials and Gravitons.

Assassins Cowl won’t drop for the first time from a legend/master lost sector. You need to first obtain it from completing the shadowkeep campaign on a hunter, then you can do other activities for a different stat roll.
