i own deluxe edition, and connot purchase again via steam, however i am not allowed to access deluxe edition items.
i have access to freeze tag, the frozen ghost, and the ice skin for NTTE, however i cannot access deluxe edition weapons and questions, such as the quest for hawkmoon or dead mans tale, or the vault exotics like duality or ticuu's divination.

Did you the first quest for beyond light or shadow keep because its a branching system so you have to do the first usually to start the rest or finish the campaign first.
