Doesn't that defeat the purpose of having a charge time?
Maybe if you press the trigger the shot should fire weather you want it to or not, no cancelling the charge.
Edit... lmao I've struck a nerve with fusion rifle users lololol. You do know they are only good because of this season artifact n the buff. They will be tuned.

If it didn’t have a charge time it’d be a shotgun
-
4 RepliesIt’s kind of the point of the weapon.

I honestly love fusions, how would you make them work if you couldn’t pre charge?
-
Idk man probs the same reason hand cannons and snipers fire a bullet when you pull the trigger?
-
6 RepliesHoly crap. Just when you think you have heard at all. Do you actually wake up and sit around all day trying to come up with something to cry about. I mean this one is comical.
-
Brain dead post. Really out here asking for a nerf to the gun that has a -blam!- warning noise 😂
-
4 RepliesSkill issue 🥱

9 Repliesswap weapons, use an ability, use your movement ability. Wow getting around that stipulation was hard. How do you suppose that would work for devils ruin. It fires normal shots on release so you are technically precharging every trigger pull with it Just use your ears
-
4 RepliesYou’d still be able to precharge it. Poor take.

10 RepliesBecause then it would be too easy to counter fusion rifles, you can predict exactly when it fires. It loses to shotguns 100% of the time in that case. That’s why fusion rifles make a loud scary sound when they’re charging, so you can avoid them. To answer your question why? To add to the gameplay dynamic of fusion rifles. Players can use the sound of the enemy fusion rifle to avoid being shot.

8 RepliesSo people should only be able to shoot when some one is on their screen
-
9 RepliesSo you basically want shotguns with a massively better range? 🤔
