I haven't logged into my account for a month! I decided the other day to go look at the festival of the deceased to see it, but I can't go to the account, well, I restored it, but cross-platform saving was enabled on the account and all the characters were successfully deleted, it's not scary the overall progress was saved, but I can't start playing because attackers can try to delete any of my progress, and I can't untie Steam because silver was bought there, what should I do? Will they help me support Destiny?

4 RepliesIf the issue is you enabled cross save with the wrong account set as the primary cross save account then the only way to fix it is by disabling cross save, waiting 90 days, then re-enabling it with the correct set up. If you recently purchased Silver on any of the accounts involved in your current cross save set up then you will have to wait until 90 days since that purchase before you can disable cross save.
