A couple of weeks ago, I finished the Corrupted Omelette triumph in order to get the Harbinger's Echo sparrow, but haven't received it since then. The reason might be the bug I ran into while looking for the eggs in the Last Wish raid. While getting the first egg in Kalli's room, it spawned twice in the same place and I was able to destroy it twice. After that I was looking for the second one in the place it supposed to be at, but it was nowhere to be found. Other eggs in the raid seemed to have no issue and I got them as I was supposed to. After that the game counted the first one egg that spawned as two separate ones and I completed the triumph. I attached a couple of in-game screenshots to show the problem. Hopefully there is a reasonable solution to this situation. Thank you in advance.
