        Tether should catch all sorts of things Like a rocket/grenade being fired etc tether is fired at two points & serves as a defensive trap, latching on to the incoming rocket And be super tacky! (No just walking out of it backwards into safety) [b]In addition [/b] Think of it acting like a Spideyweb in PvE Get booped by a stupid stomping boss/champion Or miss a jump etc Fire that (quick) tether (maybe an aspect with quick recharge) at a post/pillar/structure/previous hard point And save your life (maybe that’s similar to the new Halo grappling hook mechanism) It definitely should tether ALL champions

        • It sucks and needs to have suffocation(small amount of damage dealt over time) and immunity to being destroyed. If no immunity then explain why the tornado can’t be destroyed and if it could still be destroyed, give it the same change well and bubble received with resilience. Hopefully the tether change in WQ will be worth it! If nothing else it’ll change stuff up some.

        • At the very least at they need to make the trapper tree and actual trap. The tether appears on radar and pulses, you can see it through walls. You can't even use it the way it was intended.

          • Hunters, and especially nightstalkers with their OP invisibility, are by far the strongest class in the game. Warlocks especially need many, many buffs to their abilities, movement, supers & exotics before ever considering buffing hunters. Tho knowing bungie, they will probably buff hunters and nerf warlocks. Who cares about essential class balance, right? That’s why I and many others have long dropped the game. It is not fun when u only have 1 choice to win in PvP out of 3. Delete the other classes if u r hellbent on them being far weaker with terrible exotics.

            • There's going to be a blanket overhaul to ALL Void subclasses in Witch Queen, making them more like the Stasis subclass in terms of how you can build them, even having Aspects and Fragments for them to use/equip.

              Tether needs to be reworked to not be a tether. I think a better way to make it work is a suppression and weakening field that detonates enemies killed within its radius. Make the tick speed that of a vortex so it is constantly updating and actually works right away. Edit: Why downvotes? Literally suggesting a viable change to keep tether the same or make it better while removing the screwiness of the tether mechanic itself. Honestly lol

              • In pvp make it so it doesn’t yank your screen. Buff it sure I don’t have issues with it being powerful, but it shouldn’t yank my camera.
