Ritual weapons with adept mods
I think ritual weapons e.g. ascendancy would be cooler if they could use adept mods. Feel like they are outplayed by the same weapon archetype if it can have adept mods e.g. hezen vengeance.

I think it’s fair you wouldn’t be able to use the adept mods on them without doing adept content to get them. Seems like a nice way to reward players and make those weapons even better.

how about if we had a quest after u get the normal version to then unlock an adept variant

Kinda devalues adept gear a bit more if we’re handing it out. The ritual stuffs great because it’s a super solid option that everyone has easy access to. Doesn’t really need much else

1 ReplyCompletely agree... if there are people who are unable to get any adept weapons otherwise, be they low skill or no playtime to gain friends, let them have a seasonal adept weapon through grinding.

I had to put more effort into getting the ritual weapon than completing the gm nightfall so I agree that the ritual weapons should get adept mods.

I feel like that's supposed to be how it is. Ritual weapons are easy to obtain, have good fixed rolls and are accessible to everyone. A God-roll weapon from a Master-level Raid or GM Nightfall [i]should[/i] be better than a Ritual weapon and Adept mods are a part of that.
