The Hunter cloak is silly because it makes every exotic helmet under it look bad
I have a knucklehead radar equipped and the helmet’s holographic projection clips through the head of the raptor

1 ReplyIn all of Destiny they have a hard time making good looking symmetrical cloaks. I had 1 or 2 in D1 and everything else was crap. Here I basically have zero.

2 RepliesHonestly, I find the choice of armour design to be in direct contrast to the game as a whole. Aren’t we supposed to be Legend? Badass god slaying immortal space dudes? Not drinking the “Hello Barney” koolaid. What’s next “Dora the explorer” backpacks from Eververse?

All of the armor for this event is corny and ugly.

The whole set is silly...imagine being an immortal intergalactic space chad, and you decide to start dressing up like Barney 🤣

I just hate Class armor period and we should be able toggle it off, There's no Class Armor Exotics, This is basically as pointless as Belts were in FFXIV

I'm disappointed that the cloak isn't longer and doesn't turn into a tail at the end. Missed opportunity

They made a dinner party hunter set ,after that everything is on the table(no pun intended)

Bungie is testing waters on trying to do a "fashion frame" type thing but if they do they're going to have to get out of the flipping way. And class items are part of the problem Hoods on hunters (and on other classes need to be adjustable up and down, honestly they need to start making options for clothing beside various forms of armor, they need to rebuild their "physical appearance" settings because their face and hair models are the worst in the industry for a game still in production, have options to not display helmets when not actively in combat (not talking about the tower, nobody else tends to wear helmets when they're off ****ing around, we should have that option too). Shaders need to be "cyclable" so if you like the shader but not how it effects your armor you can cycle options to find one you like (since they just are not going to use a pallet system. The whole thing is they are way, WAY too fixated on enforcing their aesthetic on players instead of letting players make their own cosmetic decisions. If they want a fashion frame type deal, they're going to have to let players look in ways that don't match their ideal of how a guardian should look... Look at FFXIV. Officially they /want/ you to dress in proper armor and such. But they let it be your choice. I spend most of my time running around with a stupid gun sword wearing a hooded vest that shows my midriff, a miniskirt, and leggings. FFXIV allowing players to make their own cosmetic choices is a huge part of that game's ongoing success. If that is something that Bungie wants, they can have it, but they're going to have to sacrifice their ideals of fashion. Warframe it's one of their top revenue generators and a big part of their cosmetics are "community generated" which they're making tons of money off of. But Bungie has never been big on letting people just enjoy their game.

It’s poorly illustrated, badly crafted & pretty pathetic Like much of the gear in these ‘free events’ (Eververse cash grab)

2 RepliesI put the one with the hanging cloth and made the cloth red so it would look like a tongue hanging out. Didn't really get the look I was going for but ohwell.
