My negative silver balance cant be lifted.Need supports help!
Some time ago i charge backed on steam due to financial reasons and that resulted in my steam account being locked from ever purchasing again.
So technically i cannot buy silver to make up for the -9600 balance i have and i cannot buy witch queen.
Its sad that now that im financially stable i cant play destiny anymore after 2800+ hours.
I already contacted steam support and they said i need to reverse it with my bank but i no longer have a contract with the bank i had before and they cant help because i already talked to them about this.
Thing is, i have the money, i can pay Bungie the value of 9600 silver + buy witch queen but i cannot, i literally cannot do that because of steam restrictions.
I wanted to cross-save to microsoft and buy the DLC's again however i cant cross-save because of the negative silver balance.
Bungie, help me fix this negative balance, i am not asking it for free, give me an option to pay somewhere other than steam! Please.

2 RepliesEdited by ADragonWithin: 10/18/2021 10:24:07 AMYou'll need to work with Valve's Steam Support to be able to purchase from Steam again; only through doing that can you purchase the Silver to reset your balance to 0. If Valve support is unwilling to work with you, then, unfortunately, there's nothing that can be done. You'll have to accept the consequences of your choices. Bungie will not reset your Silver balance for you.

I fail to see how this is a Bungie issue when you did the chargeback thru steam. All the authentication goes thru steam. This is entirely on you to resolve your issues with steam.

8 Repliesat this point i dont even know if there is any support that can help me, it feels like the majority of people that help are just trying to help based on regulations, chat moderators as kind and helping as they want to be cant really solve this, for a big game like destiny not having a player support is really a downfall for people that can get screwed over. If by any chance the person reading this can somehow help me out with this negative balance issue please help, i would greatly appreciate it, otherwise i just have to say goodbye to the game i so loved, which is where things are going at this pace.
