Team Scorched is dumb
Team Scorched is the most ridiculous thing ever! Why is it even a game type, let alone a Seasonal Challenge. I hate you sooooo much Bungie.

It’s my favorite PvP mode but they need to fix the hit detection. I thought it was just me but apparently not judging from the comments.

I think you mean glory mode competitive. Bungie is known for wacky pvp games and most modern pvp games are based of bungie's halo multiplayer modes. Also if you have too many serious modes, its burns out the player base. Not too mention that scorched is the only skill based mode since its 100% gun play, everyone has the same weapons, and how well you do depends on your mastery of movement and scorched cannons

I don't like it mainly because of how inconsistent explosions are in this game. I hit someone directly and it does 13 damage, meanwhile they completely miss me and I'm dead.

1 ReplyYou are wrong. Team scorched is incredibly fun, just don't stay on the ground or too close to walls. It's amazing how easy it is when you just do that.

I swear this mode shows how broken hit detection is in PvP. Fire a remote detonated shot right next to someone and they take 2 damage. The next guy gets 1 shot, same distance.

its designed to be fun for warlocks and titans that fly. i main hunter. its nit fun tapping jump button ,look stick , jump button, look stick.......etc. warlocks and titans fly snd float. its much more fun to switch class when it has an advantage.

Get gud lol Seriously tho, I found some basic rules of thumb for team scorched. Stay in the air Be patient, baiting a doorway with a supercharged shot is extremely rewarding You can release the trigger to detonate the projectile early In duels, take advantage of the floor, if the enemy is on the floor or close to the floor shoot the floor and the explosion will get them And last but not least, don't take the mode too serious. Give everyone scorch cannons and you're bound to have a ridiculous gamemode.

They should just make momentum the featured mode forever. Momentum is the closest this dog water game will ever get to, and it’s still far from it.
