PVP is a no-go for.console now as PC players can still use cheats to give them an advantage. Not only that but the PC players are always the host for the PtoP system. I am an average player, nowhere near a great player but I could hold my own and score positive K/D in matches. Even with good team who help each other are no.match for the lag induced my multiple PC players in game. I have witnessed shots through scenery, players taking zero damage, players never missing or only scoring kills with a headshot, one shot melee, instant special, charged attacks without charging... the list goes on. There was even two guys in a game who took no damage and only killed a specific opponent over and over, I mean completely ignore the entire field except for this one guy. No named players, or recognised streamers or highly ranked PVP guys and almost every time it have been PC players. I am disappointed that this avenue of gameplay is now unavailable unless I accept that it is going to be an unfair situation for a console player to take in. As a someone who has played since Destiny 1 day one this is shameful that the developer would not do more but Bungie have never changed and are unlikely to now. I know posting this will result in toxic responses but some people take pleasure in mistakenly believing they are superior. In 40 something years of gaming [yes that long¹] have never understood cheating, it means you never learn to succeed on your merits, just circumnavigate your failures. Experience and skill mean more than a clever controller or a hack program or macros. Be better, be human.
