The only reason vex is so over used in pve is because of Particle Deconstruction. This is why anarchy is now useless, because they nerfed it without considering its position post-Breach & Clear. The exact same thing is going to happen to vex I guarantee it! Bungie have the worst track record on this. Vex is going to probably end up even worse than it was before...
